By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms

All personal and private information shared between the parties involved is confidential and must strictly be only used for the purposes of the commission.

Failure to uphold these terms shall result in a voided commission, additional charges, or blacklisting, depending on the gravity of violations.

GENERAL TERMS

I reserve the right to decline any request.

I reserve the right to use the work, unless specifically requested, for portfolio and promotional means.

I must be properly credited for all services provided.
   → e.g. Tune/Time : Rango (rango-comms-info.carrd.co)

The client is not authorized to modify or alter my work without prior discussions and agreement.

TOS is subject to change. Commissions that started prior to these changes will not be affected.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Prices are non-negotiable.

Full payment is requested upfront before any work begins.

If I am unable to deliver for any reason, a full refund shall be issued. Otherwise, no refunds shall be issued after the commission has started.

After the final product has been delivered, any major revisions shall result in additional fees. A maximum of 3 revisions will be allowed. Same terms apply for these revisions.

USE

The client must clarify the use of the final product.
   → i.e. Commercial or Non-Commercial

Commercial use includes (but is not limited to) :
   → Monetized YouTube videos
   → Uploaded to streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music
   → Paid, Sponsored, or Promotional content
   → Corporate setting

I must be notified if the client originally requested for Non-Commercial work, but the final product was used as Commercial later on. In which case, the Commercial Fee must be settled.

Minimize noise and avoid any clipping/distortion

All vocal tracks should be in the following format:
   → raw : [no compression, EQ, noise reduction / gate, etc.]
   → mono, wav, 44.1 or 48 kHz, 24 or 32 bit
   → roughly timed to the instrumental

Overlapping lines must be separated into different tracks

Include the instrumental in mp3 or wav, stereo format, and in the highest quality possible

Also include the original song / guides / references

Name your files accordingly (main, harm, inst, etc.)

Have it compiled (ZIP file, Google Drive Folder, etc.)

Inform me of any specific details / requests (Different key, Special FX, etc.)

I shall request for retakes if deemed necessary

Presented turnaround times are estimates.
  _{→ A more accurate timeline will be provided once I have reviewed your request.
  → RUSH FEES will be computed based on this timeline and proposed deadline.}

Regarding AUDIO TRACK COUNT:
_{→ Maximum 4 tracks per vocalist : +$8 per exceeding track
→ Overlapping lines, tracks with minimal content, and instrumental will not be counted.
→ Multiple layers of cheers, chants, or anything of the sort, may be counted as one track.}

Regarding REVISIONS:
_{→ Additional fees for revisions after the declaration of a final version.
→ Maximum of 3 revisions.
→ Replacing a track, additional requests, or other major changes will be charged.
→ Minor changes, quick fixes, and revisions initiated by the mixer themselves, are exempted.}

Regarding SHORT SIZE:
_{→ Considered SHORT SIZE if only a section of the song is included.
→ Includes TUNING & TIMING.
→ RETURNING CLIENT DISCOUNT is not applicable for short size commissions.}

Any updates in price will not affect commissions that started prior to these changes.

I do not offer original arrangements for harm guides and artificial harms.
I will only follow the harmonies from the original and references that you have sent.
